Meg for starters is a woman in STEAM. She is a director in education dismantling systems that have been made for men. In this position, she makes sure she "sees" the women around her. She uplifts the women around her and reminds us all WE KICK ASS every day.
As a woman in power, it is sometimes hard to not compete with other women in power, it is how the system is designed. However, Meg makes sure she always uplifts the women around her and stands NEXT to the women in power in her reach.
